In this circular bike tour, which starts and ends in Minervino, it will be possible to absorb the magic of the territory of Minervino and Giuggianello, with all the nuances linked to the magic of the Giant Stones, monoliths hidden between the olive trees around and which gave birth to many ancient legends. You will visit the most significant dolmens and menhirs of the area, and after that you will cycle on the stretch of the Via Appia Traiana Calabro Salentina, which the Ancient Romans used for bring their goods (olive oil above all) to the port of Otranto headed towards the East.
You will have the opportunity to visit Crypts Byzantine rock churches, passing through the small hamlets of Cocumola and Specchia Gallone.
